Abstract：In order to explore new mode of cultivating applied talents in colleges and universities, in combina?tion with the practice of Industry-University-Research of Anyang Institute of Technology in the area, the ways and methods of sharing the instruments and equipment and human resources, guiding and encouraging enterpris?es to establish a scholarship, building scientific research platform with joint efforts, directional cultivating talents for the enterprise and jointing to carry out the practical training were discussed. On the basis of the actual opera?tion, the ideas and methods were put forward in scientific research cooperation, subjects, instruments, and person?nel training in the colleges and universities.
