Abstract：Fracture healing which is affected by micro-momvement,blood supply,stress and many other factors,is a complex biological process.In recent years,a series of progress of mechanism and clinical application of micro-movement have been made.That micro-movement can promote fracture healing is known to us,and its mechanism is gradually clear.In this paper,the research progress on mechanism and clinical application of micro-movement for bone fracture healing is reviewed.
