Research on the Current Situation, Problems and Implementation Path of Safety Monitoring Construction for Taolai River Channel Head Water Diversion Hub Project
Abstract：The Taolai River Channel Head Water Diversion Hub Project plays a key role in regional water resource allocation, irrigation, promoting local economic and social development, and ensuring people's livelihood. To ensure the long-term stable operation of the project and continuously meet the needs of effective water resource utilization and socio-economic development, it is of great significance to carry out daily safety monitoring. By analyzing the current situation of safety monitoring of the project, this paper discusses the existing problems such as an imperfect monitoring system, insufficient data processing and analysis capabilities, and an incomplete emergency response mechanism. It proposes implementation paths including monitoring of deformation, seepage, and environmental quality of important hydraulic structures, construction of comprehensive information supervision platforms, and optimization of all elements to enhance emergency response capabilities, aiming to provide theoretical references for the safe operation management of similar water conservancy projects.
