Abstract：This paper outlines the concept and classification of machine learning, the advantages and application status of machine learning in constructing risk prediction models for patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia. The aim is to provide references and insights for the construction of risk prediction models for ventilator-associated pneumonia and their clinical application and research.
