Research Progress on the Factors Influencing Post-Traumatic Growth in Bereaved Individuals
Abstract：This paper introduces the theoretical model of post-traumatic growth, and reviews the current research status and influencing factors of post-traumatic growth (PTG) in bereaved individuals both domestically and internationally. It also proposes suggestions such as developing a psychological counseling intervention program centered on meaning that is suitable for China's national conditions, constructing a cognitive behavioral intervention model for bereaved individuals based on an online platform, improving the family environment of bereaved individuals, and enhancing the focus on persistent connection during the intervention of bereavement trauma, in order to provide reference for future research on PTG-related interventions for bereaved individuals.
