Abstract：China Spal ation Neutron Source is an item of national scientific device, it is going to be forming 4 Spallation Neutron Sources of the world after been built, with those are already operating such as America Spallation Neutron Source, Japan Spallation Neutron Source, and British Spallation Neutron Source. It is going to be the top-ranking of neutron spal ation scientific research platform in the world. The article is expatiating and analyzing the planning and design of China Spal ation Neutron Source campus.
