Advances and Prospects in Minimally Invasive Interventional Treatment for Knee Osteoarthritis Pain
Abstract:Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a chronic degenerative disease characterized primarily by cartilage wear and degeneration, accompanied by knee pain and deformity. Mild to moderate KOA is mainly treated with medication or physical conservative therapy, while severe KOA often requires surgical treatment. However, these traditional treatments have certain limitations. In recent years, minimally invasive interventional treatment has been widely used in clinical practice due to its significant therapeutic effect and low complication rate. This article summarizes the efficacy and safety of minimally invasive interventional treatment for KOA and prospects its future development, providing reference for the diagnosis and treatment of KOA.
