( To encourage the inventions .the new ways and new equipment in Stereology &CT image inside and outside the cotuntry,specially established the awarding medal to honor the contribution and widen the achievement in public to develop the social productivity and decrease the patient pain and disaster and benefit to human being.) 第3条在体视学和CT计算机断面成像及三维成像领域公开接受推荐项目.由国内5-7位同行专家组成"监事会”,5-9位同行专家级成评审委员会;从国际体视学学会,国际生物医学工程联合会邀请3-5 位教授级专家组成咨询委员会,评议出具有国际先进水平的项目及其主要完成者,对其授予奖章.(The organization received the commending terms in Stereology & CT image in pubic, will constitute the inspecting meeting of five to seven craft brother experts, and commenting committee of five to nine experts and compose the consulting committee invited three to five professorial degree experts from the Intemational Stereology Committee and the Intemational Biology-Chemical Engineering Union Committee, and appraise the item and achieving person in intemational lever to award the medal.) .
