摘要：Dysphagia is a common complication of stroke,Parkinson's disease(PD),and amyo-trophic lateral sclerosis(ALS).The construction of animal models of dysphagia is an important way to explore its pathogenesis and treatment.At present,the animal mod-els of dysphagia mainly include rodents,nonhuman primates,and other mammals,such as pigs and dogs.This review systematically summarizes the establishment and evaluation of dysphagia animal models in stroke,PD,and ALS in three kinds of ex-perimental animals,providing a basis for the selection of appropriate animal models of dysphagia.
