Recent advances on disturbance decoupling of Boolean control networks

摘要:Boolean networks(BNs)introduced by Kauffman in[1]are of great significance in the description of gene interac-tions/evolutions in genetic regulatory networks.The regu-lation of genes can be achieved by adding external inputs into BNs.Consequently,Boolean control networks(BCNs)were established in[2].The further development of BNs and BCNs is the result of the use of Cheng product[3],which is employed to transform these logical systems into linear forms.This transformation allowed resolving lots of interesting issues,such as stabilization[4],observability[5],identification[6],and control design[7].Furthermore,the results obtained from logical systems can be used to investi-gate finite state machines[8].
