摘要： CASE REPORT
Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is usually caused by atherosclerotic plaque disruption and thrombus formation.However, AMI is occasionally caused by coronary spasm too.We are reporting a case with AMI due to coronary spasm whose serial electrocardiogram (ECG) showed dynanuc changes of T waves in precordial leads.
