摘要：INTRODUCTION
Pulmonary arteriovenous fistula(PAVF) is arare congenital pulmonary vascular malforma-tionwith the incidence of 2-3/100,000.It is theabnormal communication between the pulmo-nary artery and pulmonary vein.The clinicalmanifestations of this disease are various sothat it is easy to be misdiagnosed1.At present,DSA is the gold standard for the diagnosis ofPAMV, which is used to define the lesionloca-tion, range, number and size of relevant ves-sels2.
