A review of vasopeptidase inhibitors in heart failure

摘要：Background The incidence of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) has become an important social health problem throughout the world.Heart failure after AMI could significantly affect the life quality of patients.Drag therapy has great significance role in inhibiting the remodeling of the cardiac muscle.Vasopeptidase inhibitors (VPIs) could overcome some limitations of traditional drugs by improving the quality of life.This article is aimed to review the progress in the study of VPI drugs and several ways of preventing and controlling heart failure after AMI.
