摘要：INTRODUCTION
Myxofibrosarcoma is a rare soft tissue sarco-ma known for localized sarcoma recurrence.Complete oncologic resection(RO resec-tion)and reconstructive procedure are challeng-ing due to the invasive characteristics and the ex-tensive range,so a staged surgery is often used for treatment.Vacuum negative pressure drain-age would be placed on the open wound after surgery,and then skin grafting was performed to repair the wound at the second stage surgery.
