摘要：INTRODUCTION
Interventricular septal hematoma(IVSH)is a rare complication of pediatric congenital cardi-ac surgery.The septal perforating artery is at risk when suturing the ventricular septal defect(VSD)patch.The injury of a septal perforating artery is thought to be the most likely mecha-nism of IVSH.Anticoagulation during the car-diopulmonary bypass(CPB)surgery may lead to continued bleeding with the formation of IVSH with artery injury.
