摘要：INTRODUCTION
Surgical valve replacement was the mainstay of treatment for critical valvular heart disease.Atrial thrombosis represents a serious and un-fortunately complication in patients undergoing heart valve replacement surgery,usually attrib-uted to interrupted anticoagulation therapy,sub-optimal or inadequate anticoagulation dosage.
