摘要：An atrial septal defect (ASD) may cause right heart dysfunction,pulmonary hypertension and atrial fibrillation (AF),and atrial septal defect occlusion (ASDO) is the first choice for treating secundum defects when the morphology permits.ASD and AF frequently coexist,and the risk of AF and stroke persists after ASDO.
