摘要：A 40-year-old woman was referred for resistant hypertension despite three anti-hypertensive medications including a diuretic at maximum tolerated dose.She has no family history of fibromuscular dysplasia (FMD).Contrast-enhanced computed tomography showed right renal artery stenosis suspicious of FMD.
