摘要:1 Introduction Chronic kidney disease(CKD)often coexists with or is a complication of cardiovascular disease.Previous studies have shown that CKD increases the risk of cardiovascular death and all-cause death and was considered to be a risk equivalent of coronary heart disease.[1,2]Adjusted for con-founders,decreased glomerular filtration rate(GFR)and increased albuminuria are both independent risk factors for cardiovascular events.[3,4]The risk for cardiovascular death linearly increases with the decline of GFR in a certain range(< 70 mL/min per 1.73 m2)and the increase of albuminuria without a threshold effect.[3]
