摘要：Immunoglobulin light chain amyloidosis (AL)is one of the most frequent causes of cardiac amyloidosis (CA),[1] with an estimated prevalence of 8 to 12 per million.[2?4] Multiple myeloma (MM) is hematological neoplasia originating from plasma cells, which is the most common disease that can lead to CA.
