摘要：Ats life expectancy increases, heart condi-ions, and especially acute coronary syn-dromes (ACS), are becoming a greater health issue.[1–3] Accordingly, the number of elderly patients in registries of myocardial infarction, is in-creasingly growing.[4,5] However, elderly patients are less likely to be treated with invasive strategy com-pared to younger patients, despite their intrinsic greater risk.
