摘要：Patent foramen ovale (PFO) is a remnant of normal fetal anatomy, which occurs in about 20％–25％ of cases. Patients with PFO are at increased risk for migraine, acute limb ischemia secondary to emboli and cryptogenic (no other identifiable cause)stroke.
