摘要：Cardiac involvement in eosinophilic granulo-matosis with polyangiitis(EPGA)is increas-ingly recognized,but it is unusual to be the initial presentation.We report a case of vasculitic myo-cardial infarction(MI)and cardiogenic shock in an eld-erly man caused by EPGA.
