摘要：Pulmonary tumour thrombotic microangiopat-hy(PTTM)is a rare but under-recognised cause of rapidly progressive pulmonary hypertension(PH)and cor pulmonale,characterised by diffuse obstru-ction of small pulmonary arteries by metastatic tumour cells.
