摘要：Coronary thrombosis remains a critical event in the pathophysiology of acute coronary syndr-omes,including myocardial infarction.The pr-ompt and effective removal of coronary thrombi is essen-tial to restore blood flow,minimize myocardial damage,and improve clinical outcomes.The reperfusion treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients with large thrombus burden has been keeping challenging.Over the past decade,significant advancements have been made in the techniques and technologies available for thrombus removal.
