摘要： The drawbacks of traditional side to side choledochoduodenostomy are the proneness of stricture of the anastomosis; the possibility of biliopancreatic reflux ff the common duct and pancreatic duct share a common outlet; the part of the common duct distal to the anastomosis is a blind loop which can cause postcholecystectomy syndrome.
