摘要： Background
Cavaplasty orthotopic liver transplan-tation (OLT)offers advantages for hepatectomy and implantation and eliminates the risk of outflow ob-struction. However, it does require clamping of the cava. This study describes the use of a vasopressor without fluid expansion or venovenous bypass ( VB ) for hemodynamic control during the andhepatic phase.
