摘要：Dear Editor:
A myocardial bridge is an abnormality in which theartery is covered by a superficial membranous bridge,or a deep muscular bridge[1].It is most commonlyfound in the left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD).The affected artery is stenosed by the sur-rounding myocardium,especially in the deep bridgeas the artery is situated deep in the myocardium[2].
