摘要：Since its emergence in the late 1980s,nanotechnology has shown vast potential in biological medicine fields,including drug delivery,diagnostics,and tissue regenera-tion[1].Owing to the enhanced permeability and retention(EPR)effect of solid tumors discovered over 30 years ago[2],nanomedicines have mostly been developed for cancer diagnosis and therapy,and few of them have been applied clinically[3].
