骨肿瘤临床研究的探讨

摘要：Bone tumors occur in the bone or its affiliated organizations ( blood vessels, nerves, bone marrow, etc. ) .The bone tumors incidence in the population is about 0.01%. The clinical treatment of bone tumors in recent years has made a rapid development, clinical treatment becomes more professional and standard, meanwhile, more attention focus on the application of clinical epidemiology and evidence-based medicine theory. Imaging is playing a great role in the diagnosis and treatment of bone tumors, especially in the determination of the tumor border and tumor nature. Meanwhile, with the application of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and new technologies, the surgery and reconstruction of such as osteosarcoma has made great progress, the survival rate and survival time increase signiifcantly. So the late recurrence of osteosarcoma begins to attract attention. Furthermore, bone cyst as a common bone tumor-like lesions, which hormone therapy is a treatment for choice. “Chinese Journal of Bone and Joint”published some articles about the topics above. These articles discussed the issues from different angles, which were worth to read and discussion and further research.
