2013版“美国放射学院关于定量 CT（QCT）骨密度测量操作指南”解读

摘要：“American College of Radiology ( ACR ) - Society for Pediatric Radiology ( SPR ) - Society of Skeletal Radiology ( SSR ) Practice Guideline for the Performance of Quantitative Computed Tomography ( QCT ) Bone Densitometry ( 2013 )” is revised collaboratively by the ACR, SPR and SSR. There are 7 main points in the guideline. ( 1 ) Principle of QCT clinical application. ( 2 ) Indications, contraindications and announcements of QCT clinical application. ( 3 ) Qualiifcations and responsibilities of the operating personnel ( surgeons and technicians ). ( 4 ) Surveying speciifcations and diagnostic criteria of QCT. ( 5 ) Diagnosis report speciifcations of QCT. ( 6 ) Measuring equipment requirements and quality control of QCT. ( 7 ) Peripheral Quantitative Computed Tomography ( pQCT ) and pediatric clinical use of QCT. This guideline may help to improve the quality of performance of QCT and the diagnosis of osteoporosis in China, which should be veriifed in the clinical application and further improved .
