认识半月板的重要作用提高半月板的修复水平

摘要：Meniscus tear is one of the most common disorders in the knee. In a long period, the importance of the meniscus has been ignored. Patients with meniscue tear have been treated with meniscectomy until 1948, when Fairbank showed serious adverse effects. From then, people had begun to research on meniscal repair techniques. Three kinds of repair techniques, inside-out, outside-in and all-inside, have been invented and gradually improved. Among them, new generation of all-inside meniscal repair techniques ( e.g.FasT-Fix 360° meniscal repair system ) enjoyed the most rapid development and were applied in clinical practice with increasingly widespread. The most of published in this issue discussed meniscal repair techniques especially new generation of all-inside meniscal repair techniques, relfecting achievements in the meniscal repair techniques in recent years to some extent. However, studies of meniscal transplantation, tissue engineering and artificial meniscus scaffold and other new techniques are so few, and more attention and research is need in this aspect.
