低位髌骨对髌股关节炎发生影响的研究进展

摘要：Incidence of knee osteoarthritis is very high in the elderly population and is on the rise year by year, which brings great negative effects on the patients’ work and life. Patellofemoral arthritis occupies a large proportion of knee osteoarthritis. The pathogeny of patellofemoral arthritis is complex, and a uniifed piont of view has not been formed so far. At present, the accepted views mainly include lower limb power line, trajectory anomalies of the patella, etc. The etiology, mechanisms, relevance of low patella and patellofemoral arthritis and the research progress on the treatment methods are reviewed in this article, so as to further explore the effects of low patella on the occurrence and progress of patellofemoral arthritis and the corresponding treatment measures.
