摘要：Infection is the most common and most serious complication after the artiifcial joint replacement, while it is disastrous for patients once diagnosed. Although the treatment of the infection has been considerably developed, pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance of bacteria species are changing due to the widespread and unreasonable application of antibiotics. Therefore, the mastering of pathogen spectrum, skilled and targeted use of antibiotics are the key points.
