我国骨肉瘤治疗的现状与问题及发展方向

摘要：Osteosarcoma which has the highest incidence in adolescents with primary malignant bone tumors is harmful to human health.Meanwhile,the pathogenesis of osteosarcoma is still not clear.In recent years,postoperative local recurrence and distant metastasis are under control significantly with the development of new adjuvant chemotherapy and improvement of surgical techniques.However,overall prognosis is still not optimistic,and the 5 years' survival rate is still hovering around 60％.Hence,the emergence of the new technology and methods of treatment is necessary.At present,the treatment of osteosarcoma not only shows characteristics of diversiifcation and experience in China,but also is becoming more precise and individualized.However,there are still some problems for standardized treatment.In order to further optimize the treatment methods and to enhance the level of treatment of patients with osteosarcoma,it is urgent to carry out prospective multi-center randomized control study,multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment.
