摘要:Anterior cruciate ligament ( ACL ) rupture is one of the common injuries in clinic, especially in athletes. ACL ruptures are caused by extrinsic and intrinsic risk factors. Former research indicated that family aggregation and gene sensitivity associated with ACL injuries. Susceptibility genes were considered as intrinsic risk factors. Recently, research shows that the MMP-3 gene, COL1A1 gene COL5A1 gene and COL12A1 gene associated with ACL injury.
