骨质疏松对人工髋关节翻修手术的影响及对策

摘要：With the advent of an aging society, geriatric hip fracture and the incidence of age-related osteoarthritis are increasing year by year. Artificial hip replacement is considered to be effective to relieved painand improve the quality of life. However, complications such as loosening, sinking, dislocation and osteolysis occur and revision procedures are needed to restore joint functions. Anti osteoporosis treatment, inhibiting osteolysis and promoting bone regeneration, matches the prevention and control of the mechanism of complications mentioned above.
