摘要：Clinical pathway, as a standardized, proper, sequential, and continuing process, is done for a particular diagnosis or surgery by physicians, nurses and other professionals, reducing the delay of the treatment and resources waste and maximizing the treatment quality. Most comminuted fractures of the distal humerus are dififcult to treat and usually lead to serious elbow dysfunction after the operation. Especially due to the lack of early postoperative rehabilitation, many patients with distal humerus fracture get a successful operation rather than satisifed functions. Based on the situation above, the research team of Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission major project “common orthopedic disease postoperative rehabilitation patterns and clinical pathway” develops early postoperative rehabilitation and clinical pathway and veriifes its feasibility and effectiveness. The results conifrm the clinical pathway as an early postoperative rehabilitation standard for the distal humerus fracture.
