摘要：It has been clearly demonstrated over the past decade that sacro-pelvic morphology of the spondylolisthesis is abnormal and it can be associated with abnormal sacro-pelvic orientation as well as disturbed global sagittal balance of the spine. Sagittal imbalance is a complex clinical entity causing pain and disability. Surgical correction of the sagittal imbalance is technically challenging, and is based on the comprehension of spinopelvic morphology, the relationships among its parameters, and compensating mechanisms. The purpose of this article is to review the work done within the spinal deformity study group ( SDSG ) over the past decade, developing a analysis and discussion on the pathogenesis, classiifcation, surgical strategy and functional outcomes incorporating recent research.
