摘要：At present, the domestic understanding and treatment of the elbow injury has been greatly improved, but the results are still not satisfactory, which makes the elbow injury one of the difficulties. Hardware failure, fracture nonunion, joint incongruity and dysfunction after the treatment remains very common problems. This paper focuses on the 4 hot points of humeral intercondylar fracture, total elbow replacement, complex fracture and dislocation of the elbow joint, and elbow joint stiffness. To improve China’s elbow treatment level, the most important factor is to master the basic treatment principles and methods. It is very important to restore the normal bony and soft tissue anatomical structures at the early stage. If the function is not so satisfactory, arthrolysis at the 2nd stage can help to improve.
