漂浮肘关节的几个相关临床问题

摘要：There are limited studies describing the lfoating elbow injury, and the purpose of this report is to describe this uncommon injury by reviewing related articles. We describe the concept, mechanisms, and classiifcation of the injury, compare the different management of the humerus part, analyze possible compilations and illustrate prognostic factors of the final outcome. Floating elbow is a rare and complex injury with unpredictable outcomes, and we must adhere to the rule of stable and rigid internal ifxation. Besides nerve injuries, anatomic area involvement and, especially, disruption of the articular congruency have been proved to play the most signiifcant roles on the ifnal clinical results.
