摘要：Non-steroid anti-inlfammatory drugs ( NSAIDS ) have been ubiquitously used in the analgesia treatment of patients with bone fractures. However, many studies suggested that these drugs wound affect the normal bone healing process and even lead to nonunion, while others contradicted these results. This review focuses on the in-vitro, in-vivo and clinical studies on NSAIDS’ impact on the bone healing and tries to give a critical analysis of the literature.
