截骨修整及软组织减容术治疗先天性巨趾畸形一例

摘要：Objective To investigate the surgical techniques and clinical results of congenital macrodactyly. Methods One patient with congenital macrodactyly of the great toe was treated with local resection of the bone and soft tissues. Results The congenital macrodactyly was repaired by the removal of the excessive bone and soft tissues. Conclusions Local resection of the bone and soft tissues for the treatment of the congenital macrodactyly can obtain good clinical effects. Vessels around the great toe need to be protected to maintain the blood supply.
