摘要：Thoracolumbar spinal surgery was risky, what the surgeon concerned about most is how to prevent iatrogenic spinal cord injury and reduce pressure. As for the long-term development of the thoracolumbar spinal surgery, real-time intraoperative spinal cord monitoring technology is becoming increasingly mature. There are two monitoring methods, the ifrst is to stimulate the peripheral nerve, in the sensory area to record somatosensory evoked potentials in the cerebral cortex;the second is electric ( magnetic ) stimulation of the brain motor cortex in the corresponding muscle motion evoked potential.
