婴儿肱骨近端巨大单纯性骨囊肿一例

摘要：Objective To discuss a case of giant simple bone cyst in the proximal humerus in the infant treated with curettage and bone grafting.Methods An infant who was less than 8 months with giant simple bone cyst in the proximal humerus received 2 injections of hormone, but the results were not good. Open curettage and bone grafting were then performed on the patient. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, including clinical manifestation, imaging data and pathology before and after the operation.Results The development of the affected limb was equal to that of the contralateral side, and there was no functional disorder. The postoperative imaging revealed some bone resorption and cystic changes.Conclusions There are many methods in the treatment of simple bone cyst. However, it’s hard to say which is the best. Minimally invasive treatment is currently the main tendency. The incidence of the disease is low, with an early onset.
