全髋关节置换术中臀中肌损伤的防范策略

摘要：【Abstract】 Gluteal muscle (gluteus medius) as an important component of the soft tissue around the hip joint, gluteus medius has an important anatomical and physiological significance. A good protection of gluteus medius can not only improve surgical outcomes, but also increase patient satisfaction and plays an important role in improving the quality of life of patients. The protection policy of gluteus medius injury included: making personalized surgical plan according to the individual patient’s condition, selecting reasonable surgical approach, repairing the injured gluteus medius and soft tissue and guiding patients to perform properly strength training and functional training after surgery. This article focuses on the protection policy of gluteus medius injury, and provides a brief review of the effect of the gluteus medius injury on hip function, postoperative pain and lameness and other related postoperative complications.
