氧自由基失衡微环境对骨关节炎进展的影响

摘要:Osteoarthritis ( OA ) mainly manifests as articular cartilage degeneration, secondary osteoarthritis and chronic degenerative diseases involving the joint synovium, joint capsule and other adjoining structures of the joint. Its incidence and progress are more complex. In recent years, with the development of molecular biology, pathology and imaging, the understanding of OA has been deepening. Some factors such as biological stress, hormone metabolism, metal atoms, free radical imbalance and certain cytokines are also gradually considered to be closely related with OA. The imbalance of oxygen free radicals in microenvironment caused by dysfunction of mitochondria is considered to be one of the main causes for the development of OA. The imbalance of oxygen free radicals may aggravate mitochondrial damage under the low expression of antioxidant free radicals, making the microenvironment of oxygen free radicals beyond the self-regulated steady state. It is manifested as inflammatory mediator damage, genetic material damage, weakened repair, disorder of apoptosis and autophagy in the structure and time and weakened role of antioxidant free radical system under the microenvironment imbalance of oxygen free radicals. The series of changes based on microenvironment imbalances will continue through the online response to continuously express the damage effect, which is an important reason for chronic and persistent unhealing of OA. In this paper, under the microenvironment imbalance of oxygen free radicals, the effects of oxygen free radical imbalance on the occurrence and progress of OA are briefly reviewed.
