不稳定型股骨头骨骺滑脱的诊断和治疗进展

摘要：Unstable slipped capital femoral epiphysis ( SCFE ) is difficult to treat and is associated with a high incidence of complications, which remains a lot of controversies and challenges. Recently, the schalors have focused on the evidence to evaluate physeal stability, the timing to perform surgery, the methods to evaluate epiphyseal hemodynamics preoperatively and intraoperatively, the preference of fixation procedure, and the incidence of avascular necrosis of femur head. This article reviewed the multifarious literatures in the diagnosis and treatment of unstable SCFE in recent years.
