摘要：Lumbar spinal fusion surgery is widely used in the treatment of lumbar diseases, and the pseudarthrosis after the lumbar spinal fusion has always been a hot and difficult problem of spine surgery. The formation of pseudarthrosis is related to multiple factors, such as personal factors and surgical factors, and the incidence of postoperative lumbar pseudarthrosis in literature was 5% - 56%. Because of there were no clinical symptoms or typical symptoms in the early stage of pseudarthrosis, it may be easily ignored by spine surgeons. At present, the diagnosis of postoperative lumbar pseudarthrosis is lack of a unified and reliable criterion, and the spine surgeons always combine with the patient's clinical symptoms and noninvasive imaging examination to assess and diagnose the postoperative pseudarthrosis. Before the revision surgery of symptomatic pseudarthrosis, we need to comprehensively analyze the failures of previous operation and the formation of pseudarthrosis, and then formulate corresponding measures to improve the success rate of surgical treatment. This article will explain the influence factors, diagnosis and surgical treatment of the pseudarthrosis after the lumbar spinal fusion surgery.
