摘要：Multiple myeloma ( MM ) is a hematologic malignancy. It is characterized by a neoplastic proliferation of a single clone of plasma cells producing a monoclonal immunoglobulin. Multiple myeloma-related bone disease is the most common and devastating complication of multiple myeloma bone disease ( MBD ). More than 80％ of MM patients suffer from destructive bony lesions, following pain, fractures, mobility issues, and neurological deficits. In addition to stem cell transplantation, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgical interventions in the treatment of MM, the application and development in some new types of immune therapy and targeted therapy all play a increasingly significant role in the treatment of MBD. This review discusses an overview on the management of MBD, so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of MBD.
